Pepfactants™ are a new class of surfactants that have the unique ability to reversibly stabilize and break emulsions and foams.

Pepfactants™ are rationally designed biodegradable peptide surfactants allowing the creation of a stable emulsion for specialized applications. The emulsion can be reversibly ‘switched’ to permit complete coalescence of oil and water phases.
