Right now, due to its continued business growth and the significant number of resource sector projects in the pipeline, AMMA has exciting opportunities based in our Perth and Brisbane offices for both senior employee relations professionals or lawyers and for those who may have limited experience but are looking to further their careers to be part of our highly regarded national consulting team.

The successful candidate will have:

Senior Employer Relations Professionals and Lawyers: 

▪ A sound knowledge of Australian employment law and contemporary human resources management practices.
▪ Proven skills in building and maintaining effective relationships.
▪ Excellent analytical, negotiation, problem solving and communication skills.
▪ Proven ability to drive results to meet revenue and service targets.
▪ A degree in a relevant discipline such as law, human resources, industrial relations or business.
▪ A ‘can do’ attitude and approach.

For those with less experience looking to step up to the next level: 

▪ A knowledge of Australian employment law and contemporary human resources management practices.
▪ The ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
▪ Excellent analytical, negotiation, problem solving and communication skills.
▪ The ability to achieve results and work independently in a consulting environment.
▪ A degree in a relevant discipline such as law, human resources, industrial relations or business.
▪ A ‘can do’ attitude and approach. 

Applicants with experience in an employer association, a legal firm’s workplace relations area or in the mining, construction and or oil and gas industries will be highly regarded. An attractive remuneration package and relocation expenses will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
