Due to an internal transfer, an exciting opportunity for an energetic Management Reporting Analyst has arisen. A key member of the Group Management Reporting function, you will be responsible for providing senior management with information to analyse key cost drivers and operational metrics of the business. The Management Reporting Analyst will have a strong focus on process development and continuous improvement. 

Key responsibilities of the Management Reporting Analyst will include: 

• Assist in the preparation of group performance reporting requirements
• Consolidate cost & production information for internal and external publication
• Analyse performance and key business drivers at a site and group level
• Analyse and report on actual versus budget variances
• Develop and standardise key business processes and reports 

Well developed problem solving skills, advanced organisation and planning skills, and a high level of drive will be essential to succeed in this role. With your operational finance knowledge and analytical focus, you will display outstanding communication and strong systems skills (across the MS Office suite). Previous experience using SAP and TM1 (or similar OLAP) software is advantageous. Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance or Economics are required.
