An excellent opportunity exists for a Service Technician - Automation to join the Outotec South East Asia Pacific Services team. The scope of this role is to install setup and commission automation systems for Outotec's range of equipment and processes and make recommendations for improvements.
· Do you have experience with mining equipment instrumentation?
· Would you rather become a Specialist Service Technician - Automation for an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and have the opportunity to develop your skills to a higher level?
· Have you had enough of FIFO to the same site year in year out?
· Or do you enjoy travelling but would you like the opportunity to travel not to just to the same site but many sites throughout Australia and with some overseas locations?
The candidate we are looking for holds a current Electrical Licence with an Instrumentation background and have the ability to interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings. They also have a strong customer relationship ethic with strong verbal and written communication skills.
