We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager with exceptional communication skills to join our team in Wellington. The successful person will provide inspirational leadership and management to Wellington City Council - North Maintenance Contract. 

The purpose of this role is to provide management of specific operations in the department, delivering on contract requirements, optimizing resource use and achieving target results.

About you:

The role requires excellent man management skills ensuring the team are organised and continually delivering on our contractual requirements. You will also be instrumental in fostering excellent relationships with our clients and the wider community. 

Ideally you will posses a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and have extensive experience managing traditional roading maintenance contracts. It is desirable that you have had experience within the other roading disciplines; surfacing or construction. Asset management knowledge and experience using RAMM contractor is highly desirable.
