Compensation & Benefits

At Sibelco we provide competitive pay and benefits to attract and keep the best fit people.  Of course pay and other forms of remuneration vary with each role, its location and the type of business area you work in.

Study Assistance

We encourage our employees to learn and grow in their roles and take on more responsibility when they’re ready and as positions become available.  In order to facilitate this we offer study assistance to employees on a case by case basis.  Assistance can take different forms and may include financial assistance.  Approval of assistance is based on the relevance of the study to the employee and his or her current and futures roles.

Equal Employment Opportunity

Sibelco is committed to ensuring all employees enjoy equal employment opportunity (EEO).  This means all employees are treated fairly and equally when employment decisions are made and unlawful discrimination does not take place.

The health and safety of employees, contractors and visitors is the number one priority and responsibility of all staff at Sibelco Australia.  This is reflected in company programs aimed at continually improving health and safety for employees.

Sibelco Australia encourages its employees to embrace and actively create a culture of trust, mutual respect and openness where employees feel empowered to make decisions and take action.  We support a learning environment with the freedom to make mistakes and learn from them.  At all levels we seek to continually improve and simplify processes for our customers and employees.
